Hey hey!

Glad to see people are resonating the thoughts and perhaps even finding them useful.

Finding a purpose is a very tricky game. It naturally is never external. But even though, most of europeans go to India to find themselves. So you be the judge. If you are talking of making an impact to the society, grassroot problems are better solved where the problems are, systemic problems are solved top down. Most Indian startups are decades ahead in the game of stirring up the tech landscape of the world, and EU doesn't seem like it will come close, in my opinion. Social startups might be more prevalent here. So it depends on the domain.

I moved here just by applying on linkedin. So its not entirely impossible. I moved to a big health-tech company, thereby the proverbial 'purpose'. Product decisions of a European company happens in Europe. India will mostly remain an execution outsourcing place afterall. There might lie your reason of moving.

All the best!
